This distillery-only spirit is a limited release as part of our Discovery Series! This spirit highlights the versatility of the Vodka segment by utilizing the same grains, fermentation, and distillation parameters as our Texas Vodka, but a different yeast was deployed to do the work. Typically used to ferment brandies, this yeast strain left our Experimental Vodka with a pleasant, tropical nose, creamy mouthfeel, and rounded finish.
Please read the following - Per Texas State Law:
- We are only permitted to sell (4) 750mL bottles per person, per 30 days. If you order more than (4) total bottles in a 30 day period, we will reach out to correct the order.
- All bottles must be picked up at the distillery with a valid, legal form of identification proving you are 21 years of age.
- All bottles must be picked up by the purchaser. We cannot let someone pickup an order for someone else (has to do with ID verification)
Pickups available at our distillery. We cannot ship or deliver. If you're out-of-town, we're really sorry. It's just Texas law. Once you have purchased your bottle, you are free to transport it as you choose.
Due to Texas law, we're also unable to honor discount codes or promotional coupons for our Spirits.
